- Horse: Horse is a mixed game that consists of five different poker variants: Hold’em, Omaha, Razz, Seven-card Stud, and Eight-or-better (Seven-card Stud Hi-Lo). Each round of play is a different variant, and the order in which the variants are played is typically fixed.
